High-tech mining operations · Made in Germany

Binder and aggregate logistics systems for underground and tunnel operations.

01 / UNDERGROUND & TUNNEL OPERATIONS

The plant goes
where the rock is.

Complete mixing and dosing plant trains, engineered to be installed and operated underground: binder logistics, weighing, mixing and discharge, built into the tunnel profile and serviced from within the operation.

02 / MINE BACKFILL

A combination of batch mode in tandem with continuous pumping.

The hybrid solution · FORCAF & PAF production · backfill

Backfill returns material to the void: paste and foam concrete produced at surface, pumped back into the mine. The NISBAU hybrid plant combines a precision batch mixing plant with a continuous pumping line, so production holds its recipe and the line never starves.

Batch mode

The recipe, weighed.

Aggregate, binder and water weighed batch by batch on load cells, mixed in a twin-shaft mixer: full recipe control for FORCAF and PAF production.

Continuous pumping

The line, never idle.

Discharge in tandem with a continuous pumping line into the mine: buffered handover, monitored flow, backfill delivered without interrupting the operation.

03 / SHAFT FILLING

The shaft, filled
and sealed.

Schachtverfüllung · continuous 24 hour operation

Closing a mine shaft is a filling operation on a vertical scale: a column of engineered material placed section by section, to depths of around 1,200 metres. NISBAU Mining Solutions produces the fill at surface and places it in continuous 24 hour operation, through casing and jacket pipes, by free-fall discharge onto the line and by pumped delivery, with underwater concrete where the section calls for it. Every recipe is developed and monitored in our own laboratory, and the shaft is closed with a suspended cap.

The column

Placed section by section.

A filling column to around 1,200 metres, built up in monitored sections through casing and jacket pipes, by free-fall discharge onto the line and by pumped delivery, with underwater concrete where the section requires it.

The closure

Sealed and secured.

A suspended cap closes the shaft, with recipe development and technical monitoring of every construction material, in continuous operation and under the mining regulations.

04 / PUMPING BOOSTER STATION

A strategic extension for your high end pumping applications

Where the distance outgrows the pump, the booster station takes over: pressure staged along the line, so paste arrives where the mine needs it.
