Aerial view of the NISBAU factory in Germany
How it arrives

Anatomy of
a delivery.

Every NISBAU plant makes the same journey: drawn as geometry in Bockenheim, built and tested in Germany, folded into modules, raised on site, and handed over producing. Six stages. One promise.

01
Engineering

It began as geometry.

Mechanical, electrical and automation engineering under one roof. Every bin, every walkway, every cable tray exists in the model before steel is cut.

Designed in Bockenheim an der Weinstrasse

02
Manufacturing

Steel, cut to tolerance.

Manufactured and pre-assembled in Germany. Every module stands complete on the assembly floor and is function-tested before a single container ships.

03
Assembly and testing

Built complete.
Proved under power.

The plant is erected in full inside the factory, not signed off as separate modules. Mixer, scales, drives and the control system run together, every function is tested under power, and only then is it taken apart for the journey.

04
Shipping

Folded down. Sealed.
On its way.

The plant breaks into transport modules engineered for the journey: road, rail or sea. What leaves the factory is exactly what arrives.

Designed to be shipped worldwide

05
Commissioning

Re-assembled. Aligned.
Energised.

NISBAU field engineers raise the plant, align every scale, energise every drive and train the operators who will run it.

06
Production

First cubic metre.

The payoff frame: the plant running, the first batch delivered, a 24 hour service line behind it for the decades ahead.
