Worldwide service / spare parts
Our systems work as a network of selected, high-quality components and their interaction is finely tuned to one another. Intactness guarantees a trouble-free process. Early detection of faults is therefore a good way of avoiding downtimes, which experience has shown to have a strong influence on the profitability of a project. We know our systems very well and offer you uncomplicated service should your system require a spare part. We endeavor to get the required spare part to you on the same day.
PRACTICE - TRAINING - COMPETENCE
We want our customers to see NISBAU systems with our eyes. The goals are to convey well-founded knowledge about the daily, appropriate use as well as the exhaustion of all options and the entire range of services of our systems. Our qualified and multilingual training team is deployed worldwide for this purpose, because in addition to theory, what has been learned should also be directly applied in practice. The demonstrations on the customer’s own systems have two advantages: On the one hand, our experience has shown that what we have learned could be used more efficiently On the other hand, downtimes can be avoided, as the operator does not have to travel to us in Germany with his team. However, if you would like your team to recieve basic training before you receive your concrete batching plant, we would be happy to welcome you to our in-house training center. Of course, we are always available to answer your questions even after you have completed the training.
